Delivery within Germany usually takes 1-3 business days with DHL GoGreen. For deliveries abroad, it can take up to 10 business days, depending on the destination country.

We ship our TAUTROPFEN natural cosmetics within the European Union (except Greece, Cyprus and Malta), as well as to the United Kingdom, Norway and Switzerland.

Yes, you can cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods in accordance with your statutory right of cancellation. Details regarding returns, refunds and exceptions can be found in our cancellation policy und den terms and conditions.

PRODUCTS
No! Since 2004, it has been generally prohibited in the EU to test cosmetics on animals. However, since its founding in 1980, even before the German cosmetics industry voluntarily renounced testing and the subsequent EU ban on animal testing, TAUTROPFEN has committed to producing its products without animal testing. This will not change in the future.
Yes, TAUTROPFEN is ICADA certified. You can learn more about the certification here: www.icada.eu. In addition TAUTROPFEN fully declares all ingredients from the very beginning when it was not even legally required back in the 1980s.
High transparency and ethical responsibility are particularly important to us.
TAUTROPFEN products are predominantly vegan. Our vegan products are marked accordingly with the vegan symbol. In some products we use beeswax among other ingredients.
TAUTROPFEN uses only high-quality, natural raw materials from certified organic farming whenever possible. Synthetic additives such as parabens, silicones, microplastics, mineral oil, or artificial fragrances and colors are taboo.

Each product symbolizes a small open jar with a number inside that indicates how many months a product can be safely used after opening.
TAUTROPFEN products are formulated to be stored at room temperature. For skincare products it is generally recommended to store them in a cool and dry place, away from sunlight.

If you would like a personal consultation, we recommend using our store finder to find partners near you or contacting us directly.
For skin conditions we recommend first consulting a family doctor or dermatologist to determine which treatments or products are most suitable. TAUTROPFEN products are generally well tolerated.
We recommend different product lines depending on your skin’s needs.
Delicate and sensitive skin: We recommend the „Rose Soothing Solutions“ line. It is mildly formulated and contains ingredients that gently care for the skin and can have a soothing effect.
Very dry skin: For dry or dehydrated skin, we recommend either the „Sanddorn Nourishing Solutions“ series or the „Hyaluron Pro Youth Solutions“ series. Both series are moisturizing. The Sea Buckthorn series with sea buckthorn from a Demeter project in Tuscany also supports regeneration. The Hyaluron series is ideal for a daily refreshing boost.
Combination skin: For this type of skin, we recommend a skincare routine with products from the „Hyaluron Pro Youth Solutions“ range and our „Repairing“ soothing Solutions facial oil with bisabolol and baobab. The Hyaluron range provides the skin with intensive moisture and the facial oil supports the skin’s repair mechanism without clogging pores.
Demanding and mature skin: We recommend our „Anti-Age“ Amaranth Linie, Amaranth series which has a restorative and regenerating effect. The firming eye oil is particularly suitable for reducing and smoothing fine lines around the eyes.
Our TAUTROPFEN natural cosmetics are developed and manufactured with the utmost care in Germany. We place particular emphasis on quality, sustainability and the selection of high-quality, natural ingredients. Production follows strictly controlled standards.
APPLICATION
It is a misconception that facial oils cause oily skin. High-quality, non-comedogenic oils such as Squalane and baobab oil can balance the skin and regulate its natural oil content. They absorb quickly, leave a silky feeling and help reduce excessive sebum production.
The eye oil is richer, the active ingredients penetrate more effectively and encapsulate the active ingredients of a previously applied moisturizer in the skin. The most effective application is a combination of our Hyaluron Reviving Eye Fluid and the subsequent application of the Firming Eye Oil.
Serums generally do not contain lipid-replenishing substances and should therefore not be used as a substitute for creams. A serum is the foundation for good skin care and supports the effects of other care products. TAUTROPFEN products are even more effective when combined! Want to know more?
